First Spear Reviews

I had a frustrating time with customer service. It took a while to hear back, and I found myself checking in more than I expected. When they did reply, it didn’t really answer my question or clear things up much. I’m sure they might’ve been busy or dealing with a lot, but it still kind of felt like support dropped off after I placed the order.

My order showed up fast, maybe in a couple of days or so. Almost everything was right, but there was one small item that was wrong. Support did get it sorted out later, so that was fine, but it was still a little annoying having to spend like 10 minutes dealing with it.

I picked up some gear from First Spear thinking it would be really solid for the price, but i was disappointed. The material felt rough and not as durable as I expected, and I noticed some sloppy stitching in a few spots. Maybe I just expected too much, but it didn’t feel worth what I paid. If you’re on the fence, I’d save your time and check out other options first.

I ordered a pouch from first-spear.com and, to be fair, the order did go through without any major issue. Finding the item wasn’t hard, but the site just felt kind of old and clunky, and a few pages took long enough to make me wonder why I was wasting energy waiting around.

Checkout was fine, but not exactly smooth. I didn’t like that the shipping cost showed up so late in the process, and the address form acted a little weird, so I ended up double-checking everything more than I should’ve had to.

The confirmation email came through after a bit, so it all worked out in the end. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just one of those purchases that takes more effort than it should. 3 stars feels about right.

The gear seems solid quality-wise, so I can’t really complain there. But I’m a bit confused about the pricing because it feels kind of high for what you actually get. It’s not bad at all, I just don’t know if I’d call it the best value.

I was disappointed!! The material felt thinner than I expected, and the stitching looked kind of messy right out of the package... The edges also looked rushed, like it just wasn’t finished very well?? For the price, I really thought it would be better!!!

I swear, every time I try to buy something, it’s out of stock. The stuff I actually wanted wasn’t available again, which is frustrating

Yeah, the shipping took way longer than I expected. I kept checking for updates and it just felt like it was taking forever tbh.

I ordered my normal size, but it ended up fitting a bit tighter than I expected. The quality seems totally fine from what I can tell, so I think it’s mostly a sizing chart issue. I had to exchange it, which was a little annoying, but I’m sure the next size up will work better.

The exchange did go through in the end, but it definitely took longer than I expected. The most frustrating part was that there didn’t seem to be any real human contact, just automated updates and forms. It would’ve been a lot less annoying if I could’ve actually talked to someone and gotten a clear answer.
